“Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” Batman v Superman” and “Straight Outta Compton” are among the films that received nominations for the 2016 Golden Trailer Awards.
Universal Pictures lead this year’s nominations, with 46 nominations for films that include “The Huntsman: Winter’s War, or ” “Hail! Caesar” and “Steve Jobs.” Fox,which includes Fox Searchlight, had 44 nominations for films like “Deadpool, and ” “The Martian” and “The Revenant.” Warner Bros scored 37 nominations for campaigns on “crazy Max: Fury Road” and “Suicide Squad.”Disney tallied 36 nominations with films like “The Jungle Book” and “Inside Out,”, and Lionsgate received 34 nominations for “The starvation Games: Mockingjay portion 2” and “Sicario.”

The Golden Trailer Awards are a celebration to recognize outstanding achievements in marketing for motion picture and TVC marketing. This year’s ceremony will take region on May 4 at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills.
Categories range from Best Summer Blockbuster Trailer Award and Trashiest Trailer to Best of point to and the Golden Fleece Award,which is awarded to the best trailer where the marketing for the film was considered better than the film itself.

The Golden Trailer Awards celebrates the trailer as an art form and recognizes those who work incredibly long hours behind the scenes to create this masterful short form entertainment.”There was a record number of submissions this year, or up nearly 15 percent from last year.
