While Starbucks customers around the country were stopping into stores to see the modern holiday cup designs released Nov. 10,the Seattle retailer quietly upped some of its prices.
Also on Nov. 10, the price of select cold beverages and bakery items in most stores increased 10 to 30 cents. Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX) said it expects the average customer purchase to increase by about 0.5 percent as a result of increases.
