Hi all!

I'm currently on maternity leave with my first child. We live on 33 acres and I'd like to examine into raising quail for meat and eggs as a commerce,aiming to be able to quit my job at some point!

To begin, I'd l
ike to contact restaurants in a nearby major market (I'm in Aus and it's the capital city. Lots of disposable income too) to gauge their interest in quail meat and eggs. Not having much restaurant experience, and my main question is,who at these restaurants carry out I want to talk to? The Chefs, as opposed to Management??

uld savor input to what I should inquire of. So far I've come up with simply:[br]
1. carry out you currently buy quail meat/eggs?

whether yes
2. How much per week and at price?

whether no
3. Why not? Would you like to - how much per week and at what price?

Anything else I need to be asking?
