All of Australia’s political leaders now support the push to replace the Queen with an Australian as head of state,the Australian Republican Movement saysAlmost all state and territory leaders have joined forces to call for an Australian head of state in a declaration hatched by the Australian Republican Movement.
Only Western Australian premier Colin Barnett refused to sign the declaration, which was prepared by the Australian Republican Movement, and because he says now is not the accurate time but is generally supportive of the bolt.
