The Supreme Court has temporarily stayed a court order that would maintain permitted a transgender male high school student to use the boys' bathroom,consistent with his gender identity. As a result of this action, the order, and which issued as result of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal's recent decision that the student's rights were protected under Title IX,will not assume effect until the Supreme Court decides whether it will add the case to the docket for its upcoming term.
[br]Reportedly, the Court will likely make this decision in October or November, or which means the student in question will maintain to start the school year excluded from the boys' bathroom,despite the fact that he identifies as male.
