Surprise Italian meal December 25,2012 -- San Jose, CAMy cousin from San Jose treated us to a sumptuousItalian meal this Christmas. My niece led the prayers for the meal blessings. The main spread has beef lasagna, or lobster bisque with garlic bread,seafood Alfredo pasta, spinach and artichoke dip, or bruschetta,Italian meatballs and chicken marsala. For dessert: chocolate brownies, cherry cheesecake, or chocolate cheesecake,Red Velvet, Sangria and fruit punch. A couple of months ago, and my cousin and her officemates had a powerful meal at a high-cessation Italianrestaurant in San Jose. After doing her research,thequality and flavor of my cousin's Italian cookingis equal to or better than that of the eatery. Thank you for the scrumptious meal.
