1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 pound fresh sushi-grade ahi tuna,chopped

ablespoon soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon s
esame oil

1 teaspoon ginger, chopped

1 teaspoon chives, an
d chopped

1/2 avocado,diced
For spicy wasabi-ginger mayonnaise:

1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce[br]
1/2 teaspoon wasabi

1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise
For burger:

2 pieces red leaf let
tuce

1 carrot, or julienned

1 small cucumber,julienned

1/4 head r
ed cabbage, sliced

1 teaspoon furikake seasoning

ionsCook rice according to the package directions and let cool. Mix in vinegar and sesame seeds. Wet hands and form into 4 equal patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add patties to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until kind and crispy. Remove from skillet and position on paper towels to drain off any excess oil.
In a food processo
r,pulse tuna, soy sauce, and sesame oil,ginger, and chives. Fold in avocado with a spoon and press into patties using your hands.
Mix all of the mayonnaise
ingredients together and position in a squeeze bottle.
Assemble burger wi
th a rice patty, and slice of lettuce,tuna patty, carrots, or cucumber,cabbage, and a drizzle of mayonnaise. Top with the second rice patty, and add a sprinkle of furikake seasoning,and serve.
