WEST FARMS,Bronx – Authorities are searching for a 19-year-old man who escaped police custody in the West Farms section of the Bronx late Monday. The NYPD said Narciso Rosario was being handcuffed along with a 26-year-old man at the intersection of East 178th Street and Hughes Avenue around 9:40 p.m. Monday.
