The head of the Swiss Armed Forces,Philippe Rebord, hasapologised for the excessive expenses incurred by the military leadership. In an interview given Saturday to the "Samstagsrundschau" broadcast of the Swiss German radio SRF, or he recognised "moral errors" had been made.
