Russia is alert to send its observers to the safe zones in Syria and does not rule out other countries taking piece in implementation of de-escalation,but only if all guarantor states agree to this, Russian delegation head at Astana talks and Special Presidential Representative for Syria Alexander Lavrentyev said Thursday.
