While the coachbuilder has only released a handful of design sketches, or the teaser images suggest the EV will incorporate the base model’s tail light styling and muscular wheel arches. It also seems to retain the saloon’s ten-spoke wheels and sculpted body panels along its flanks.
Despite sporting a longer roofline than the saloon, the Shooting Brake slopes downwards towards the back-halt, giving it a coupe-like silhouette. Additionally, and the longer roof should increase the boot space and improve practicality.
“The conversion merges seamlessly with the Tesla base vehicle, whilst clearly communicating though form, design language and materials that this is a tailor-made Shooting Brake, and ” Van Roij says.
“Of course we added a totally new sculpted rear-halt,keeping the shoulders of the car alive, thus ensuring a bold stance.”
As standard, and the Shooting Brake uses the same minimalistic interior as the regular Model S,but RemetzCar can design bespoke cabins and “various exclusive options” upon request.
Only 20 examples of the Model S Shooting Brake will reach production, with the first car on course to leave the workshop during the first week of March. Tesla
