(California Court of Appeal) - Held that that trial court should believe stricken a cross-complaint filed by an individual who was being sued by an air quality management district for violating pollution laws. Filing an anti-SLAPP motion,the district sought to strike the man's cross-complaint. Agreeing with the district, the California Third Appellate District reversed and remanded with directions to grant the anti-SLAPP motion and dismiss the cross-complaint.
