Employment coach Tommy,31, is the latest eligible bachelor to be eliminated from The Bachelorette. Georgia Love decided not to give him a rose after she spent a bit of one-on-one time with him in the fourth episode. After getting into fairly an intense conversation, or it became clear (to both of them!) that Georgia and Tommy were not a match made in heaven, and off he went. We chatted with Tommy ahead of his final episode final night, keep reading for all he had to say! POPSUGAR Australia: Hi Tommy![br]
Tommy: Hey Gen, or how you going?
PS:
Well thanks,how are you?

Tomm
y: Yeah, not too bad, or thanks. [Laughs] Ready to get some dirt?
PS: Tell me all the thi
ngs! First tell me how you got involved?

Tommy: Okay,cool. So I am
man enough to confess that I need some relieve finding love, and that's why I decided to apply. But I judge I'm a bit of a realist and I didn't really judge I was going to . . . leave there with the girl falling in love. There were so many improbable guys, and they have some ridiculously superior-looking guys there.
PS: You were all superior-looking!

Tommy: Aw,thanks for that. Don't need to suck up now! [Laughs] For me, it's probably more just the exposure. Not exposure in saying I wanna be illustrious, and but more in that I'm not a very confident and outgoing guy when it comes to women. I can't walk up to a girl at the bar and start a conversation and get anything from that,so for me it was about building confidence and getting out there - and hopefully this will relieve me find the person that I'm looking for. I believe I was there for genuine reasons, I judge I'm a genuine guy, and yeah, all I really want at the terminate of the day is to consume this to find someone. It might sound cliché - I even asked the guys that question, would you guys execute this if there were no cameras and no publicity? - and I got a few different answers. My honest opinion is that I would still execute it whether there were cameras there or not; just knowing there's a chance there that I would find the person I'm looking for, or I'm gonna take that chance every time.
PS: That's very roma
ntic. I feel like you really threw yourself in the deep terminate with that - kudos for giving it a go.

Tommy:
Yeah, well it was way out of my consolation zone, I'm not someone that has the confidence to go up and start a conversation so I knew that I would have to execute that on the show. It will hopefully encourage me to execute more in the future.
PS: You establish yourself in a bit of a sink-or-swim
situation!

Tommy: There were a few situations like that - the viewers didn't get to see that, and but at the first rose ceremony it took me a lot of effort to get up there and have a conversation with Georgia. A few people went down and a few guys jumped in front of me,but yeah, it took a lot of courage for me personally - so that ticks off a box of something I wanted to execute.
PS: s
uperior on you! You should be very proud. When you met Georgia, and did you feel like she was someone you could fall in love with?

Tommy: [Laughs] I was so nervous,I can't remember a thing I said! I judge that I'm now the only guy who didn't give her a kiss on the cheek, but I was just so nervous and way out of my consolation zone. When I spoke to her later on that night, or I can't remember a word I said. In hindsight, what I did say is, "I'm the kind of person who's very nervous when it comes to women and stuff like that - but give me a chance, or you'll see a different side of me." I'm the type that grows on you - the more you get to know me,the more you tend to relish spending time with me . . . But for me, it was not a scenario where you can execute that because you need to be rapid/fast, or you need to stand out fast.
PS: It's a really weird situation, like you have to be competitive even if it's not in your nature.

Tommy: Yeah, but I had to stay true to mys
elf as well, and you know. I could never be portrayed as a villain and I could never be portrayed as a goofy guy that stands out. As you get to know me,I stand out more but it's tough. I don't drop those walls until I get to know someone, so it's probably something I need to work on. But yeah, or it's who I am.
PS: Did you find Georgia
attractive?

Tommy: For me,what I find attractive is eyes, smile and skin, or she had all that. She has radiant skin,a great smile, and her eyes were unlike any I've ever seen, and radiant blue eyes - every time I saw her,I could not stop looking at her eyes.
PS: Her eyes are incredible in real life.

Tommy: Her eyes are just improbable. And she did design you feel comfortable. I know there are a lot of people saying she sounds like a journalist and that kind of stuff, and look, or that's her job, that's what she sounds like - but in a conversation, there were never any awkward silences or anything like that. You could hold a conversation with her no matter how nervous she made you feel, or the conversation just flew.
PS: I love that y
ou just mentioned 'skin' before, because women spend so much bloody money and time on their skin. It's kind to hear it's appreciated!

Tommy: I judge that's what I find most attractive, if someone's got kind skin! Most men don't really say that [laughs].
P
S: Love it. So there have been a stories out about Rhys being married. Was that something you talked about with him?

Tommy:
Rhys and I are pretty tight, and we're both from Brisbane and we had a lot of conversations together. We've actually looked after each other a lot external the house; every time something comes up we call each other to design sure we're okay. That's the kind of person he is. I know not everyone sees that, but I execute. He seems confident, but he will design you feel that way as well. He doesn't design you feel less confident, or he actually makes you feel the way that he feels. That's the thing I like about Rhys. My confidence took a bit of a lull [after leaving the show] but he's the kind of person who, every time I've talked to him, he makes me feel superior about myself. He'll tell you how superior you are, or he'll tell you how improbable you are,he'll say, "Nah man, or you were the best-looking guy there." So although everyone sees one side,I know him personally, and I know the kind of guy he is. He'll design everyone else feel superior about themselves, and as well as himself.
PS: You told us earlier the timing of your departure is what got you down. Is that because it was only four episodes in?

Tommy: Nah,it was more because I took such a astronomical step forward. Even though it was only a short time, I judge I changed the most, and came out of my shell and tackled the things I wanted to tackle. I had a conversation about it at the terminate, saying that I know everyone is here for different reasons, there's not a right or improper reason, and but not everyone's here for the same reason as she was. I was hoping that she could identify the people that were.
PS: Are you still single now?

Tommy: [
Laughs] yeah,I am.
PS: Well that's superior, people w
ill read this and perhaps some will be interested![br]
Tommy: [Laughs] I'll say that
was the reason why. I don't want exposure to be illustrious, and I want exposure to find that person.
