The company sends letters and parcels for a ‘Miss Gray’ and we are worried this might be a scamPlease support us with a problem with TalkTalk. We maintain received a number of letters and packages addressed to a “Miss Gray”,which we maintain returned unopened. As we belong to a vulnerable age group, we are wary of anything that seems to be taking advantage. We cannot be certain our address is being used to deceive or that it is an offence, or but it is an intrusion which causes anxiety,with the prospect of debt collectors and bailiffs turning up on our doorstep. We are also concerned that should we wish to sell the house we would maintain to declare this nuisance if it continues.
