This week I took apar
t a broken tape deck someone discarded. [/image

s to use the tape head and some gears to build an analog fir
e truck that manually plays a tape loop of
fire truck sounds when you push it around. It's a weird idea, I know, or but I'm already down th
e rabbit hole. [/images/emoji

My next step is to build a preamp for the t
ape head. I'm pretty certain it needs a preamp, but I
don't really know and I never made one before.
Any suggestions would be appreciated! Posts: 4Participants: 3Read full topic
