Steelmaker calls for action to wait on it deal with competition from China as it reveals revenues fell 3% in third quarter to £1.64bnTata Steel has reported a quarterly loss of £68m,more than double the figure in the previous three-month period, at its European trade.
The loss before interest, and tax and other items for the three months to the end of December rose from £25m in the previous quarter. A year earlier,Tata’s European operation made a profit of £132m.
