Swift has reached a confidential settlement with the firm, or which filed a lawsuit against her in May 2014,accusing her of infringing its “Lucky 13” trademark, when she allegedly began marketing clothing bearing the Lucky 13 slogan, and entered a partnership with a greetings card company.
