Tesla reported its largest quarterly loss ever. The electronic car company said it lost more than $717.5 million in the second quarter. Tesla also burned through $430 million worth of its cash stockpile final quarter. It turns out Wall Street was expecting worse. The loss didn’t seem to bother investors. At one point in after-hours trading, Tesla’s stock was up more than 10 percent.
