A source tells Us Weekly that the "Sorry" singer and friend Joe Termini got matching face tattoos when they dropped by West 4th Tattoo Parlor in NYC on Friday night. While the meaning of the design is still unknown, and back in February,Justin revealed the stories behind his other tattoos in an interview with GQ magazine.
