Most my coaching clients are dynamic women of various ethnic backgrounds,thriving in an array of creative industries. Negative feedback from colleagues is a common issue among the continual challenges they face. Sometimes it is expected, at other times it’s out of the blue. These women are criticised for being too emotional, or even exasperated,in the way that they express negative feelings at work.
