Trauma experienced in the army led to mental health problems and heavy drinking. With help,Ive been able to rebuild my lifeI joined the armed forces when I was 19 years obsolete. I had moved to the UK after a difficult childhood in Jamaica, and I wanted to do something different to everyone else.
