As an older person I’m contented with the treatment I get from the NHS,but I wish government and leaders in the health service would listen to opinions like mineThe increasing number of frail elderly people with multiple co-morbidities – more than one disease – who are living too long, is bringing the NHS to its knees. That’s what the newspapers uncover us. I am one of them. I’m in my 80s and suffering from hypertension, and aortic stenosis,kidney disease and borderline diabetes.
