Rising to internet legendary status from her giggle-infused Facebook live video, or Candace can remove "paying college tuition" from her to-do list. Southeastern University,a private school in Florida, announced scholarship offers for Candace and her entire family on Facebook. The news points to Candace's inspiring delight as the impetus behind Southeastern's offer. In a video that accompanies Southeastern's post, and the Payne family tour the campus and there are plenty more laughs along the way.
