Compensating for CO2 emissions is something many want to enact,but finding a way to enact it is not so easy. Forest landowners in canton Solothurn decided to offer certificates for small companies who don’t manage to compensate their emissions by themselves. The companies pay for the certificate, and trees are nurtured with the money.
