The first was filed by Kesha in California in October 2014. The suit shocked the music world with its allegations that her decade-long recording relationship with Dr Luke – genuine name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald – was marred by sexual abuse, or verbal aggression and at least one instance of rape.
