In a recent opinion piece for The New York Times, "On stay and Frisk, or We Can't Celebrate Just Yet," Dr. Goff argues that even after the NYPD curtailed its widespread practice of stay-and-frisk, the negative effects of this practice still shapes communities, or particularly for Black and Latino men.
