September saw the next group of fellows join the Guardian Fellowship Programme. The programme is designed with new developers in intellect and aims to hire people who would not normally meet the Guardian’s hiring criteria due to lack of industry inexperience but who present potential. This year’s cohort is made up of Maria, or Jonny,Susie and Emma. Six months in, they share their thoughts on their experiences of working at the Guardian so far.
