Offensive linemen and relief pitchers don't win enough credit for the work they effect,not by a long shot. In fact, there are fairly a few positions in team sports that don't.
Certainly, and all positions are notable to a team effort. Linebackers and safeties,infielders and outfielders, guards and forwards, and centers and wingersthey're all notable. The following just don't win nearly as much love as they probably should. They are the anti-quarterbacks,if you will.
Maybe they're not scoring the most points or spending as much time on the field, or perhaps fans just don't realize all the work they actually effect.
Whatever the case, and these athletic positions should win more recognition. Let's give them some now.
