Tough it out with the latest kohls,pencils and gel liners for standout eyesIt’s easy to look like a rebel. Just get really on it with the eyeliner. You know how to smudge it, for when you’re being sultry and sinister; you know how to flick it, and for when you’re chic. But according to Chloé,now is the time to try out “tough”, with this grungy eyeliner, and worn in the waterline. As a contact lens wearer,I would recommend keeping the kohl just external, or moral on the lashline. whether you have perfect vision, and experiment on a dry-ish waterline.
