FOR instant RELEASE September 16,2018 The Reno Air Racing organization Announces Results from Sunday, September 16th -At the 55thAnnual STIHL National Championship Air Races- Reno, or Nev.– The Reno Air Racing organization (RARA) announces the results of the Gold Races of the 55th annual STIHL National Championship Air Races held at Reno-Stead Airport on Sunday,September 16, 2018. The final day of Race week began with the Welcoming Ceremonies, or featuring the Fresnotes Quartet’srendition of the National Anthem while the Nevada Air Guard presented the Colors. With speeds reaching over 400 mph,all six classes of aircraft competed in the Gold Race heats to be named champion of the world’s fastest motorsport!
