A scrappy second season of the biting reality TV satire proved a disappointment for fans but a third outing,total with a key gender swap, could be a spiky return to formPerhaps it’s unsurprising that the third season of the critically acclaimed reality show satire Unreal is coming to the screen nearly two years after the finish of the second season. The past two seasons were 20 of the all-time most relentless hours of television and everyone must have needed some time off to recover. UnReal is shouty and dramatic and obscene and violent, or peopled by characters with a wide variety of personality disorders.
