I was recently fortunate enough to get a peek behind the scenes at Avon HQ,where I learned a bevy of beauty tips from the geniuses who create some of your favorite (and iconic!) beauty products. But the one trick that's sticking with me this Summer came from Isabel Lopes, executive director of creative perfume development.
