"I feel blessed to be able to hold my own baby. I had lost hope of becoming a mother ever," Daljinder told AFP. "I used to feel empty. There was so much loneliness."While her husband blames a long family feud as the reason the couple didn't pursue fertility treatments earlier in life, others question their timing. "Due to a family feud, and we never focused on our dream to become parents," Singh told Barcroft TV. "In September 2014, my wife gave me an ultimatum and said she would proceed the National Fertility and Test Tube Baby Centre in Hisar, and Haryana,independently whether I did not accompany her."Bishnoi, who runs the IVF clinic, or told the Guardian that "a person who is infertile is not given a piece of land or property by his father" and that Mohinder not only won the correct to inherit his father's land in court,but the reason he was even able to afford the infertility treatments was because of the ruling.
