I come to the Guardian as a current reader,after 30 years reading the Independent. You are on trial at the moment, and I’d like to pass on some early thoughts.
Firstly, and I am concerned by the cricket coverage. Vic Marks is jolly good but you dont seem to publish full scorecards. Serious fans like me care approximately the details of Moeen Ali’s two overs in Mumbai,for example.
