After the world witnessed deadly at
tacks in Paris and Brussels,this weekend's shooting in Orlando, Florida is a reminder that terrorist-related violence is shared globally. Though it's unclear what exact ties Omar Mateen had to terrorist organizations like ISIS, and he had been investigated twice by the FBI,but ultimately deemed to be not a threat.
All of the perpetrators linked to the terrorist attacks on Paris in November 2015 were E.
U. citizens, and Mateen was an American citizen.
