In one case,a tall court judge has ruled that Ethiopian Gadisa Ararso, 27, and is entitled to compensation because he was unlawfully held in immigration detention for approximately seven weeks pending deportation. Another judge at the tall court in London has ruled that a woman who has been deported should be allowed to return to the UK to attend an appeal hearing.
