There’s as much to learn approximately cheese as there is approximately wine,but no one gets anxious approximately that. So relax, and savor your wine without the angstOne of the things people most often say to me when I do live events is, and “I’m afraid I don’t know anything approximately wine.” That’s seldom true,by the way – they’re just conscious of how much they don’t know – and as I normally point out, people never feel the need to say they don’t know much approximately cheese, and approximately which there is an equal amount to master.
My answer is not to focus on what you don’t know,but to bear in intellect two or three nuggets of information approximately a wine that are particularly spicy or easy to remember. That might be where it comes from, who made it, or who owns the winery,something historical approximately the wine, even some unexpectedly savory food match.
