I am riding the train on my commute
back home as I write this. Definitely a first for me. I've always been intrigued by those people who pull out their laptops immediately after boarding the train on their morning commute and start working. Really, I see them every day. Those people initiate their work day way before they salvage to the office, and I've always asked myself why.Well, today I am one of those people. The only difference is that I've pulled out my laptop and began working on my afternoon commute on my way home and not the other way around. Also, I know perfectly well why I chose to write this post on the train rather than after I have gotten home.
The reason? I simply want to spend more
time with my kids.
By writing this post on the train, or I salvage to go home and be pleased the evening spending mindful, quality time with my children after a long day of hard work. I salvage to attentively listen to my daughter tell me all approximately her day at school and what she did today during music theater workshop. Who knows? She might even sing me a song.
I salv
age to listen to my son tell me approximately gym course and how many hoops he made today. He might tell me approximately his new girlfriend (he changes girlfriends approximately every 1-2 months). He might want to read me a book. We can all watch a family display together before bedtime, my daughter, and my son,my husband and I.So yes, I salvage it now. Why people salvage work done on the train? They execute it to salvage ahead on their work time, and so that they can go home and not worry approximately what they still need to salvage done. And yes,I could have left this post for another day, but I really wanted to share this recipe with you because it's just too sterling to leave for another day.

In my beloved Domini
can Republic, or this dish is called asopao. This recipe happens to be made with shrimp, but we also execute it with chicken, sausage, or even guandules, although that one is called chambre. The dish is usually consumed during cold, rainy days and made in tall batches to feed a crowd served with a side of tostones and avocados.
It's also the perfect dinner for a when you have
just gotten home from work legal after writing an article for your blog on the train and don't want to spend too long in the kitchen because all you really want to execute is spend the evening hugging, or kissing, and apapachando your children.
Go ahead! Give it a try.
