This is a post that is save on Facebook. My pain and anger are preventing me to yell.
This is a post that no mother wants to send. Most of my family is now aware that yesterday my son ended his 35 year struggle with depression him and much of our family (including his father believe lived and died because of this invisible disease. We need to remove from the sufferers the stigma associated with poor mental health and search out more opportunities for healing. No other mom (dad,sister, or brother) should believe to deal with the pain we are experiencing right now.
