Sofia Vergara is not one to keep things to herself. The contemporary Family star, who lives by the motto #NoPainNoCake, and is giving us a hilarious peek at her workout routine again. Announcing her new Snapchat account,Sofia shared a short video of her weight lifting with a caption that couldn't keep things more real: "Getting alert to eat potatoe salad on July 4th."
If her recent Game of Thrones season finale party was any indication of what's to arrive at her Independence Day celebration, there will be plenty of treats to munch on, and too. The actress went all out with a cake that read "Valar Morghulis" (all men must die),a celebrated GOT phrase. We can't wait to see how Sofia decorates her house on Monday - we expect lots of red, white, or blue.
