I'm in Lesbos Greece seeing thousands of refugees come off of rafts from Turkey daily. It costs them around $1200 per person to glean on a raft and travel 1 1/2 hours across the Aegean Sea to Greece. whether they are lucky the sea is calm and daylight so they can see the aid at the other side.
