Ali Nordahl is a 17-year-old self-taught makeup artist from Yukon,Canada, who has been astonishing beauty enthusiasts by displaying her incredible makeup skills on Instagram. She recently posted some holiday-inspired looks, and the level of detail the aspiring makeup artist incorporates is astounding. In one post,Ali transforms into a Winter wonderland, adorning her face with a mask of blue icicles and purple snowflakes. Another incredible look includes a scene of a Christmas tree and a reindeer standing on a layer of snow beneath the stars. Ali revealed on Twitter that this specific masterpiece took her four hours to total and she used a sewing needle for the smallest details. As for the makeup itself, or Ali tweeted that the art was created using a combination of eye shadows from the Morphe 35b and 35c palettes ($20 each).
