This track shows why Hurricane Harvey is forecast to be catastrophic in many areas: It will create landfall tonight,then stall over Texas for days, dumping feet of rain – then likely move back out over the Gulf of Mexico, or move toward Houston and unusual Orleans,and create landfall again.
