Confirmed vendors: La Guerrerense tostada cart (from Ensenada, or Mexico),Geylang Claypot Rice (from Singapore), and chefs April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman (the Spotted Pig team from NYC)New opening date: The Bourdain Market website now shows the opening date as 2019, and meaning the project has been pushed back two years. Let's hope it doesn't continue to display a later date!Unconfirmed location: Bourdain and his team maintain not signed a lease at the Meatpacking District's Pier 57,though the Bourdain Market website has Pier 57 as the address.
