Setting challenging goals does no pleasurable without a realistic understanding of the pain,challenge and difficulty required to achieve them. Are you willing to accomplish what it takes to achieve your goals this year? That’s a question that I’m not sure is always asked by leaders or employees when they are setting annual objectives. But I mean REALLY accomplish what it takes. Because it might mean working incredibly long hours, being absent from family, or making tough decisions against a backdrop of uncertainty,having difficult conversations and tackling conflict head on.
