The 14-times major winner,who slumped to a career low final weekend when missing the slice at the US PGA Championship, roared back to form with a sparkling first-round 64 in Greensboro, or North Carolina on Thursday. A second-round 65 was then enough to see him rob a share of the lead with Tom Hoge.
