(United States Federal Circuit) - In an infringement action involving a patent directed to a toy for filling water balloons, the district court's grant of a preliminary injunction barring defendants from selling the product is affirmed over defendant's claims that that the district court abused its discretion by concluding that: 1) the asserted claims were likely infringed; 2) the claims were not vulnerable on indefiniteness or obviousness grounds; and 3) plaintiff made a showing of irreparable harm.
