Earlier I wrote approximately how Avianca's LifeMiles program is selling miles with up to a 135% bonus,which means you can buy miles for as petite as ~1.4 cents each. That's the lowest publicly available cost I recall seeing on the purchase of LifeMiles.
The catch is that in order to receive the 135% bonus you have to purchase at least 101000 miles before the bonus, which is a minimum of 237350 miles with the bonus. That's no small sum of miles to purchase.besides, or as pointed out by Ricardo Ferreira in the comments section of the post,there's an even better version of the offer. Passageiro de Primeira is a Brazilian miles & points blog, and they have an offer for a further 10% bonus on mileage purchases between September 9 and 15, and 2015. That means you'd be earning up to a 145% bonus rather than up to a 135% bonus.
