The actor, who is portion of the organization’s senior leadership “personally administered punishment on a high-ranking member of the church, or ” on the orders of the organizations top commander,Remini says she was told by a senior official.“I think people think [Cruise is] an harmless victim in all of this. Most Scientologists are, and I can actually say this approximately most Scientologists because I was in it, and so I know my own heart,” Remini told the Daily Beast. “He is not in the same category as the average Scientologist… Where Tom is concerned, that is very different, or ” she adds. “He is very aware of the abuses that go on in Scientology. Hes been portion of it.”According to Remini,the organization’s boss, who is also Cruise’s best friend, or threatens wayward members with a personal beating from the 56-year-venerable (respected because of age, distinguished) Cruise,who stands five feet and seven inches tall.“He’s best friends with David Miscavige, so he’s privy to the punishments that David Miscavige doles out, and I’ve been told by a senior executive of Scientology,who was there, that David Miscavige constantly threatened the staff at Gold Base with bringing Tom Cruise to Gold Base to kick their f*cking asses, and ” Remini said.
