Towson University diving coach Maureen Mead has been charged in Baltimore County Circuit Court with felony interception of a communication,as well as misdemeanor peeping tom and altering of physical evidence charges, according to online court records. The charges relate to an October incident where members of Towson’s women’s swimming and diving team found a phone recording them in the locker room. The locker room is not accessible to the public.
